SUBMIT AN INDEMNITY LETTER REQUEST

To submit a request for an indemnity letter to Agents National Title Insurance Company or ANTIC Title Insurance Company, please send an email to [email protected]. Please include a brief explanation of the matter for which you are seeking indemnity and attach a copy of the policy (if available), a copy of your current commitment, and any other relevant documentation.

SUBMIT A NOTICE OF CLAIM

When submitting a notice of claim under an Agents National Title Insurance Company or ANTIC Title Insurance Company policy, please include a copy of the policy (if available), an explanation of the matter for which you are submitting a claim, and any other relevant documentation. If the insured has been served with a petition, complaint, or other legal pleading, or if you are aware of a pending nonconsensual sale of the property, please conspicuously state as such in your claim notice.

All notices of claim must be submitted in writing. Notices of claim may not be submitted verbally.
